How about this:
If a community cupboard is too expensive or high maintenance, to have a recycle/goods bin beside the dirty big bins on the roadsides and streets, to help those who come to pick items or plastics, to have an easier access to the goods they seek.

This all goes to make life easy for everyone, promotes a green and cleaner community.

This is a suggestion.

This is an appeal.
